Returns and Defect Policy
Please e-mail lutheranveils@gmail.com, or go to the contact tab if you would like to return your veil. Just some things to note....

1. Returns: Veils that have been worn for an extended amount of time cannot be returned. "Extended amount of time" means something along the lines of you wearing the veil to church for the morning, or you wore it around the house for a few hours. However, if you simply tried the veil on for a bit and decided you don't like it, feel free to send it back for a refund.

2. Defect Policy: If the product has a defect (like lace comes loose right when you wear it for the first time, thread knots suddenly come undone very, very early in the product's life) message me and I'll make a new one.
3. You can also return your veil if you received the wrong product.
4. If you receive a damaged veil (as in, it's definitely harmed is some way), please contact the shipping company.

Products are always double-checked for quality, and packages are always-double checked for secureness prior to shipping, and all of this is done personally by me. Thus, the chances are very slim that the package damage was caused by me. If you run into any issues, please contact the shipper and see if you can receive any kind of refund!
